Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Clockify, Tavily, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clockify and Tavily integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clockify and Tavily (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clockify and Tavily
Clockify + Tavily + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify, Tavily searches for related information. A summary of the search results is then sent to a Slack channel.
Tavily + Clockify + Google Sheets: Tavily searches for information based on a schedule or trigger. The time spent researching is logged in Clockify and a summary of the research, along with the logged time, is then saved to Google Sheets.
