Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Gravity Forms, Tavily, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gravity Forms and Tavily integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gravity Forms and Tavily (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gravity Forms and Tavily
Gravity Forms + Tavily + Slack: When a user submits a form in Gravity Forms, Tavily performs a web search based on the form data, and then a summary of the search results is sent to a specified Slack channel.
Tavily + Gravity Forms + Google Sheets: Tavily gathers data using a web search, which is then used to populate a Gravity Form. The submitted form data is then stored as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
