Depending on your setup, data should flow between Close CRM and Zoom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Close CRM and Zoom
Close CRM + Slack + Zoom: When a deal's status changes to 'Closed Won' in Close CRM, a congratulatory message is sent to a specified Slack channel, and a celebration meeting is scheduled in Zoom.
Zoom + Close CRM + Google Calendar: When a Zoom meeting ends, the automation checks if all registrants attended the meeting. The automation creates a new event in Google Calendar to follow up with each no-show, creating a task in Close CRM for each followup event.
