Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Cloudinary, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloudinary and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloudinary and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Cloudinary and Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms + Cloudinary + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, the attached media files are uploaded to Cloudinary. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel with the form data and links to the uploaded media.

Gravity Forms + Cloudinary + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted with file attachments in Gravity Forms, the attached files are uploaded to Cloudinary. The form data, along with the Cloudinary URLs of the uploaded files, are then logged in a Google Sheet.
