Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Trint

CloudTalk + Trint + Slack: When a new call recording is available in CloudTalk, it triggers a transcription in Trint. Once the transcription is complete (New Event), a summary of the transcription is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Trint + CloudTalk + Google Docs: When a new event (transcription) is created in Trint, the file is exported. A new Google Document is created with the content of this file. The document can then be used for CloudTalk customer service call analysis.
