Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Zendesk
CloudTalk + Zendesk + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, a Zendesk ticket is created to follow up. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert agents about the new ticket.
Zendesk + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated to closed in Zendesk, the automation finds call duration data from CloudTalk using the ticket requester's information. This data is then used to update a row in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
