Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Cloze, Zendesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Cloze and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Cloze and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Cloze and Zendesk
Cloze + Zendesk + Slack: When a project is changed in Cloze (specifically, when a deal closes), a Zendesk ticket is created to initiate the onboarding process. The team is then notified in Slack via a public channel message about the new ticket.
Zendesk + Cloze + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, the resolution time is calculated and linked to the corresponding customer data in Cloze by finding the person. This information is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
