Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Confluence, Zendesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Zendesk
Zendesk + Confluence + Slack: When a Zendesk ticket is updated to 'solved', a summary of the ticket and its solution is posted to a designated Confluence page. The Zendesk ticket resolver then receives a Slack notification about the update.
Zendesk + Jira + Confluence: When a new Zendesk ticket is created and contains keywords indicating a bug, a corresponding Jira issue is created. Subsequently, a Confluence page is created or updated with potential workarounds for the bug described in the Zendesk ticket.
