Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Databricks, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Databricks or Canny will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Databricks or Canny, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Databricks node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Databricks, Canny, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Databricks and Canny integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Databricks and Canny (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Databricks + Canny + Slack: When a Databricks job run is triggered, it can query a SQL warehouse to identify a trend. If a trend is identified, a feature request is automatically created in Canny. The product team is then notified in Slack with details about the new feature request.
Canny + Databricks + Jira: When a feature request in Canny receives a significant number of upvotes, the feature request data is sent to Databricks to query a SQL warehouse for analysis. Based on the analysis, a Jira ticket is created to track the development of the feature.
