Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Docusign, LlamaCloud, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docusign and LlamaCloud integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docusign and LlamaCloud (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docusign and LlamaCloud
Docusign + LlamaCloud + Slack: When a Docusign envelope is updated to a completed status, LlamaCloud extracts key data from the signed document. This extracted data is then sent to a designated Slack channel for easy access and review.
LlamaCloud + Docusign + Google Sheets: LlamaCloud extracts customer feedback and analysis data. The workflow then finds the corresponding Docusign envelope based on customer identifier and adds customer feedback to a Google Sheet alongside existing contract details.
