Streamline Zoom registration with automated DocuSign signatures

This automation simplifies the process of gathering signatures for documents related to new Zoom meeting registrants. Whenever a new participant signs up for a Zoom meeting, the workflow automatically triggers the creation of a signature request in DocuSign.

This eliminates the manual effort of setting up these requests, allowing meeting organizers to focus on hosting engaging virtual events. The integration connects the Zoom 'New Meeting Registrant' event to the DocuSign 'Send Envelope Using Template' action, passing the registrant data to populate the signature request. This streamlined solution reduces administrative overhead and ensures necessary documents are signed in a timely manner.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
