Depending on your setup, data should flow between Drip and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Drip and Trint
Drip + Trint + Slack: When a subscriber's tag changes in Drip, the automation finds the associated testimonial video in Trint, transcribes it (if necessary by exporting it), and then shares the transcript in a designated Slack channel.
Trint + Drip + Google Sheets: When a new event (like a transcription) occurs in Trint, the automation analyzes the transcript. It then updates the corresponding customer profile in Drip and logs relevant data (like keywords and sentiment) into a Google Sheet for tracking.
