Zendesk + Enrich Layer + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, Enrich Layer enriches the ticket submitter's information using their email. If the enriched data indicates the customer is a VIP, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.
Zendesk + Enrich Layer + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, Enrich Layer enriches the submitter's information using their email address. This enriched data, along with the ticket details, is then logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
