Depending on your setup, data should flow between Facebook and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Facebook and Trint

Trint + Slack: When a new event (specifically, a new transcription) is available in Trint, export the file and send a public channel message to a designated Slack channel for team review.

Trint + Email: Upon a new event (new transcription) in Trint, the automation exports the transcript and sends a summary via email to social media managers.
