Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fibery, Grist, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fibery and Grist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fibery and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fibery and Grist

Fibery + Grist + Slack: When a new feature is created or updated in Fibery, the automation finds or creates a corresponding specification in Grist. Once the specification is available, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team.

Grist + Fibery + Google Sheets: When records are created or updated in Grist, the automation updates a corresponding entity in Fibery with summary data. Then, the updated data is added as a new row to a Google Sheet for monthly reports.
