Fillout + Clio + Slack: When a new client submits a form in Fillout, a new contact is created in Clio, and a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team.
Clio + Fillout + Google Sheets: When a case is closed (represented by a contact event in Clio), a Fillout survey is sent to gather client satisfaction feedback. The survey results are then logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
