Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Fillout, Trint, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fillout and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fillout and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fillout and Trint
Fillout + Trint + Slack: When a new submission is received in Fillout, the workflow checks for the presence of testimonial mentions. If found, the associated audio/video file is transcribed by Trint, and then a message is sent to a designated Slack channel with the transcription.
Trint + Fillout + Google Docs: When a new Trint transcription is available, its text is used to populate a Fillout form. Upon Fillout submission, the response data is used to populate a Google Docs template, automatically creating a new document.
