Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Firecrawl, Gmail, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Firecrawl and Gmail integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Firecrawl and Gmail (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Firecrawl and Gmail
Firecrawl + Gmail + Slack: When Firecrawl identifies changes on a monitored website using 'Extract Website', a summary email is created via Gmail, and then a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel summarizing those changes.
Firecrawl + Google Sheets + Gmail: Firecrawl scrapes website data, which is then archived in Google Sheets by adding a new row. A weekly summary of key metrics from the Google Sheet is sent via Gmail.
