Create a New Scenario to Connect Formaloo and Close CRM
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Formaloo, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Formaloo or Close CRM will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Formaloo or Close CRM, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Click on the Formaloo node to configure it. You can modify the Formaloo URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Formaloo node, select Close CRM from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Close CRM.

Authenticate Close CRM
Now, click the Close CRM node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Close CRM settings. Authentication allows you to use Close CRM through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Formaloo, Close CRM, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formaloo and Close CRM integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formaloo and Close CRM (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Formaloo + Close CRM + Slack: When a new lead is created in Formaloo, the automation updates the corresponding lead information in Close CRM. Finally, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the new/updated lead.
Close CRM + Formaloo + Google Sheets: When a deal reaches a completed status in Close CRM, a satisfaction survey is automatically sent to the customer via Formaloo. The results from the completed survey are then added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
