Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Formstack, Trint, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Formstack and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Formstack and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Formstack and Trint
Formstack + Trint + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, Trint transcribes the audio file from the submission. The resulting transcript is then sent to a designated Slack channel for review.
Trint + Formstack + Google docs: When a new event occurs in Trint, a transcript is created. The transcript is then appended to a Formstack form submission and saved as a new Google Docs document.
