Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Fotor, ConvertKit, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fotor and ConvertKit integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fotor and ConvertKit (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fotor and ConvertKit
Fotor + ConvertKit + Airtable: When a new form subscriber is added to ConvertKit, use Fotor to generate an AI headshot for them. Then, create a new record in Airtable to log the subscriber and their headshot.
ConvertKit + Fotor + Facebook Ads: Create a ConvertKit newsletter. When a new subscriber is added, use Fotor to generate an AI headshot. This headshot could then be used in Facebook Ads campaigns (Note: Facebook Ads actions are not available so this integration would need to be implemented manually based on data created by Fotor).
