Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring FreeAgent, 7todos, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreeAgent and 7todos integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and 7todos (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and 7todos
FreeAgent + 7todos + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, a corresponding task is created in 7todos. Then, a notification is sent to the finance team on Slack to inform them about the new task.
7todos + FreeAgent + Google Calendar: When a task is completed in 7todos, an entry is created in Google Calendar to track time spent. This time spent is then logged in FreeAgent as a task.
