Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreshBooks and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreshBooks and Zendesk
FreshBooks + Zendesk + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreshBooks and a new support ticket is opened in Zendesk, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the new invoice and support ticket, allowing for immediate action.
Zendesk + FreshBooks + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, the automation finds the associated invoice in FreshBooks. The ticket details and invoice information are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes.
