Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gmail and AI Agent integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gmail and AI Agent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gmail and AI Agent
Gmail + AI Agent + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Gmail, the AI Agent summarizes the email content and extracts key details. The summary and details are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for easy tracking and analysis.
AI Agent + Gmail + Slack: AI Agent drafts a response to a new email. The draft is sent to a Slack channel for approval. Once approved (simulated by any new message in the Slack channel), the draft is sent via Gmail.
