Most powerful ways to connect Gmail and OpenPhone
OpenPhone + Gmail + Google Sheets: Logs calls made through OpenPhone. Specifically, when a call ends, it finds the corresponding email in Gmail using the caller's number. Then adds the call summary, the Gmail thread, and the contact's name, number, and company, to a Google Sheet.
OpenPhone + Gmail + Slack: When a call is missed outside of business hours, the automation sends a summary of the missed call via Gmail to a manager, and also posts a message with the same summary to a designated Slack channel.
