Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gmail and Teachable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Gmail and Teachable

Gmail + Google Sheets + Teachable: When a new Teachable student signup confirmation email arrives in Gmail, extract the student's information and add it as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes. The email is found using the 'New Email' trigger and parsed to extract relevant details. The extracted data is then added to the Google Sheet.

Teachable + Gmail + Slack: When a student completes a Teachable course, find the user and send an email confirmation to their Gmail, then post a message to Slack notifying the instructor of the course completion. It starts when Teachable confirms a new user. Then send an email and notify the instructor in Slack.
