Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gmail and Wealthbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Gmail and Wealthbox

Gmail + Google Calendar + Gmail: When a new email arrives in Gmail, the flow searches for specific keywords or patterns indicative of a meeting request. If identified, a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar. A confirmation email is then sent back to the original sender.

Wealthbox + Gmail + Slack: When a new contact is created in Wealthbox, the flow uses the contact's email to search for relevant information in Gmail. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel, summarizing the new contact's information pulled from both Wealthbox and any relevant emails found in Gmail.
