Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Ads and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Ads and LiveChat
Google Ads + Slack + LiveChat: When a new user clicks on a Google Ad, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. This prompts the sales team to initiate a LiveChat conversation with the lead, providing immediate assistance and potentially converting them into a customer.
LiveChat + Google Ads + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, information about the chat, and the ad campaign it's associated with, is recorded in a Google Sheet. This enables analysis of which ad campaigns drive the most engaged customer conversations.
