How to connect Google AI and Klaviyo
Create a New Scenario to Connect Google AI and Klaviyo
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google AI, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google AI or Klaviyo will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google AI or Klaviyo, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google AI, Klaviyo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AI and Klaviyo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AI and Klaviyo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google AI and Klaviyo
Shopify + Google AI + Klaviyo: When a customer submits a new review on Shopify, Google AI analyzes the review's sentiment. Based on the sentiment (positive, negative, neutral), Klaviyo adds the customer's profile to a corresponding list (positive, negative, neutral) for targeted email campaigns.
Klaviyo + Google AI + Slack: When a new Klaviyo campaign is created, Google AI analyzes the campaign content. A summary of the campaign's sentiment and key themes is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel for marketing team review and feedback.
