Google Calendar + Basecamp + Slack: When a new event is added to Google Calendar, a to-do item is automatically created in Basecamp. Then, a notification is posted to a specified Slack channel to inform the relevant team.
Basecamp + Google Calendar + Zoom: When a new project is created in Basecamp, a corresponding event is added to Google Calendar. A Zoom meeting is then scheduled, and the meeting details are added to the Google Calendar event. Meeting participants are not directly notified via Zoom due to lack of actions.
