In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google Cloud Pub\Sub, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google Cloud Pub\Sub or Zendesk will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google Cloud Pub\Sub or Zendesk, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Google Cloud Pub\Sub node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Google Cloud Pub\Sub, Zendesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Pub\Sub and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Pub\Sub and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Cloud Pub/Sub + Zendesk + Slack: When a new message is received by Google Cloud Pub/Sub, indicating a high-priority error, a Zendesk ticket is created. Then, a notification is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the support team about the new ticket.
Zendesk + Google Cloud Pub/Sub + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, the updated information, including resolution time, is published to Google Cloud Pub/Sub. A Google Sheet then tracks these updates and aggregates the data for reporting purposes by adding a new row.
