Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Storage and PandaDoc (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Storage and PandaDoc

Google Cloud Storage + PandaDoc + Slack: When a new file representing a contract is uploaded to a specific bucket in Google Cloud Storage, a new document is created in PandaDoc using a predefined template. Upon successful document creation, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel with a link to the new PandaDoc document.

PandaDoc + Google Cloud Storage + Google Sheets: When a PandaDoc document status changes to completed, the document is archived by copying it to a designated folder in Google Cloud Storage. Subsequently, relevant document details, such as document name, completion date, and storage URL, are logged into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping and analysis.
