This template archives PandaDoc files into Dropbox. It starts when a document moves to a status you care about, typically completed.
PandaDoc loads the attachment. Dropbox writes it to the folder you choose. Connect PandaDoc and Dropbox. Completed documents are the usual case for a PDF attachment; skip the upload when the attachment is empty.

PandaDoc downloads the attachment when one exists. Fetch document metadata first if you only need the id and name.
Dropbox stores the file in the folder you set. Use the PandaDoc document name as the filename.
Add a PandaDoc connection with access to the documents you want archived.
Add a Dropbox connection with write access to the destination folder.
Watch PandaDoc document status changes. Restrict to completed (or created) so you save files that are ready.
Get the PandaDoc attachment, then upload the file to Dropbox. Map document id from the trigger, folder path, and filename. Test with a completed document.
