Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Groups and Knack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Groups and Knack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Groups and Knack
Google Groups + Slack + Knack: When a new message is posted to a Google Group, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. Key discussion points from the Google Groups message are then saved as a new record in a Knack database.
Knack + Google Groups + Gmail: When a new record is created in a Knack application, the automation retrieves members of a specified Google Group, and then sends an email via Gmail to each member, notifying them of the new record in Knack.
