Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Groups and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Groups and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Groups and Zendesk

Google Groups + Zendesk + Slack: When a new post is created in a Google Group, a new ticket is created in Zendesk. The support team is then notified of the new ticket via a message in a Slack channel.

Zendesk + Google Groups + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, this flow finds the associated Google Group (presumably through ticket tags or custom fields). Then, it adds a row to a Google Sheet to track ticket trends by group, allowing for weekly summaries.
