Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and Clio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and Clio
GoToWebinar + Slack: When a new registrant signs up for a webinar in GoToWebinar, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the legal team.
GoToWebinar + Clio + Google Calendar: Upon a new client registering and attending a legal webinar through GoToWebinar (assuming attendance can be inferred or confirmed via GoToWebinar), a new calendar entry is created in Clio, which is then reflected in Google Calendar. Since no attendance trigger exists in GoToWebinar, we can only use registration.
