Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Scrapeless
Help Scout + Scrapeless + Slack: When a new conversation is started in Help Scout, Scrapeless scrapes a defined URL for product names. If the conversation mentions a product found by Scrapeless, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Scrapeless + Google Sheets + Help Scout: Scrapeless scrapes a website for a specific product's price. This price is then updated in a Google Sheet. If the scraped price drops below a defined threshold, a Help Scout ticket is automatically created.
