Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Help Scout and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Help Scout and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Trint

Help Scout + Trint + Slack: When a new conversation is started in Help Scout, a trigger is initiated. This then uses Trint to generate a transcript from audio related to the conversation. Finally, this transcript is shared in a designated Slack channel for team review and reference.

Trint + Help Scout + Google Docs: When a new event occurs in Trint, such as a transcription being completed, the transcript is saved to a Google Docs document. A link to this document is then added to the relevant Help Scout ticket as a note, providing easy access to the transcript within the customer support workflow.
