Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Sendy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Sendy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Sendy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Sendy

Sendy + Google Sheets + Hive: Track email campaign performance from Sendy in Google Sheets, updating task statuses in Hive. When a Sendy campaign is created, its details are added to a Google Sheet. Subsequently, a Hive action is created to monitor the campaign's progress.

Sendy + Hive + Slack: Notify a Hive channel when a Sendy campaign is sent or when subscribers are added/removed to monitor progress. When a Sendy campaign is created or a subscriber is added, a message is created in a specified Hive project. A Slack message is then sent to a public channel to notify the team.
