Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Sinch (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Hive + Sinch + Slack: When a new action is created in Hive and is marked as urgent, a Sinch SMS message is sent to a predefined group. Subsequently, a message is posted in a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the urgent task.
Hive + Sinch + Jira: When a Hive project has a new or updated action that causes a critical project delay, a Sinch SMS message is sent to notify the project manager. This also triggers the creation of a support ticket in Jira, referencing the delayed Hive project.
