Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Jibble, Volunteero, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Volunteero integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Volunteero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Volunteero

Jibble + Volunteero + Google Sheets: When a volunteer clocks in or out using Jibble, this automation checks their schedule in Volunteero. If the clock in/out time matches a scheduled shift, the information is recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking volunteer hours.

Volunteero + Jibble + Slack: When a volunteer's details are updated in Volunteero, this automation checks for corresponding entries in Jibble. When the Volunteer clocks in or out using Jibble, the automation verifies the clock in/out event against the Volunteero schedule and sends a notification to a designated Slack channel if the clock in/out is validated.
