How to connect Jibble and WildApricot
Create a New Scenario to Connect Jibble and WildApricot
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Jibble, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Jibble or WildApricot will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Jibble or WildApricot, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Jibble node, select WildApricot from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within WildApricot.

Authenticate WildApricot
Now, click the WildApricot node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your WildApricot settings. Authentication allows you to use WildApricot through Latenode.
Configure the Jibble and WildApricot Nodes
Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, WildApricot, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and WildApricot integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and WildApricot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Jibble + WildApricot + Slack: When staff clock in or out using Jibble, the system checks if their hours worked, as potentially recorded in WildApricot member data, reach a defined threshold. If the threshold is met, a notification is sent to designated managers in Slack.
WildApricot + Jibble + Google Sheets: Whenever a new event registration is created in WildApricot, capture the event details and corresponding time data from Jibble. Log these details, combining member event attendance and Jibble time data, into a new row in a Google Sheet for consolidated reporting.
