Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jira and Omnisend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Omnisend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Omnisend
Jira + Omnisend + Slack: When a critical issue is created in Jira, a targeted SMS campaign is triggered in Omnisend to alert relevant contacts, and a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team.
Omnisend + Jira + Google Sheets: This automation tracks campaign performance in Omnisend. When a segment performs poorly based on a defined metric, a task is created in Jira for follow-up, and the performance data is logged in Google Sheets for analysis.
