Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and ReachInbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jira and ReachInbox
Jira + ReachInbox + Slack: When a Jira issue is updated (specifically, resolved), a customer satisfaction survey is sent via ReachInbox to the customer associated with the issue. The team receives a notification in a designated Slack channel about the survey being sent.
ReachInbox + Jira + Google Sheets: When a new lead is created in ReachInbox, information is added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. If the lead's data indicates negative feedback, a new Jira issue is automatically created to address the feedback, and the details of this issue are also logged in the Google Sheets spreadsheet.
