Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Sendy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Sendy
JustCall + Sendy + Slack: When a missed call is received in JustCall, this triggers the creation of a targeted campaign in Sendy. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team of the missed call and the automated follow-up campaign.
Sendy + JustCall + Google Sheets: When a subscriber unsubscribes in Sendy, their information is logged into a Google Sheet. This event then triggers a follow-up call in JustCall to understand the reason for unsubscribing or offer assistance.
