Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Lark, Basecamp, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Basecamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Basecamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Basecamp

Lark + Basecamp + Google Calendar: When a new calendar event is created in Lark, a corresponding event is added to Basecamp. This Basecamp event is then synced to Google Calendar, ensuring all schedules are aligned.

Basecamp + Lark + Slack: When a new message is added to a Basecamp project, a notification is sent to a specific Lark group chat. Subsequently, a message is sent to a relevant Slack channel to inform the appropriate teams.
