Most powerful ways to connect LearnDash and Zendesk
LearnDash + Zendesk + Slack: When a student fails a quiz in LearnDash, a Zendesk ticket is created to track the issue. The instructor is then notified via Slack about the failed quiz and the created ticket.
Zendesk + LearnDash + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the automation checks if it's related to a LearnDash course by searching for specific keywords or tags. The ticket details are then added to a Google Sheet to track support issues.
