Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LlamaCloud, Trint, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the LlamaCloud and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LlamaCloud and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LlamaCloud and Trint

Trint + LlamaCloud + Google Docs: When a new event is recorded in Trint, this flow extracts the transcript and utilizes LlamaCloud to parse the document, generating a summary. The summary is then automatically appended to a specified Google Docs document, ensuring easy access to meeting highlights.

Trint + LlamaCloud + Slack: When a new event is created in Trint, the recorded transcript is sent to LlamaCloud to extract the key data and generate a summary. This summary is then sent as a direct message via Slack, enabling quick access to meeting summaries for specified users.
