Save and Activate the Scenario

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Magento and Jira integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Magento and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Magento and Jira

Magento + Jira + Slack: When a new order is placed in Magento, check if the order total exceeds a predefined threshold. If the threshold is exceeded, create a Jira issue to flag a potential major order issue. Then, send a message to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team.

Jira + Magento + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue related to Magento is updated (e.g., resolved), retrieve the issue details including resolution time. Then, record the issue key, resolution time, and other relevant stats in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
