Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Mailgun, Trint, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Mailgun and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailgun and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Mailgun and Trint
Mailgun + Trint + Slack: When a new log data entry related to voicemails is received in Mailgun, the associated audio file (assuming a link is present in the log data) is sent to Trint for transcription. Once the transcription is complete, a summary of the transcription is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Trint + Mailgun + Google Docs: When a new event occurs in Trint (representing a new customer testimonial), the transcribed text is appended to a specified Google Docs document. Subsequently, a thank you email draft is created by appending parts from the Google Docs document to the email body and sent using Mailgun.
